At Meadow & Mates, we firmly believe in using only positive reinforcement techniques and do not endorse aversive equipment such as prong collars or shock collars. Our experienced trainers are dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment for your dog, where they can thrive and grow.

We understand that each dog has their own unique language, and our goal is to help you understand and communicate effectively with your four-legged companion. Together, we will embark on a rewarding journey of learning, growth, and a stronger bond with your beloved furry friend. πŸΆπŸ’™

Cassandra Jones:

Cassandra is the founder of Meadow & Mates Dog Training. She started off as a dog walker and pet sitter in Los Angeles in 2014. After adopting a very timid rescue pup she named Meadow, she fell in love with the training process as well as canine behavior. She received her certification through CATCH Canine Trainers Academy (CCDT) where she graduated with distinction. She is also a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, Pet Professional Guild, and an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

In addition to dog training, Cassandra has worked in shelters as a transporter, volunteer, and foster parent. She has also spent time working in a doggy daycare facility.

Cassandra wholeheartedly believes in continuing education and learning from animal behaviorists as well as experts in the science of how dogs think and learn. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge and keeping up-to-date with the latest in force free, positive reinforcement training.
